Experience with WordPress is a must and experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce is a plus.

Strong web design without the use of pre-built templates Deep understanding of responsive web design techniques Strong knowledge of and experience with WordPress Capability to create, design, deploy, and manage a WordPress installation Excellent communication skills The ability to work directly with clients in a friendly and professional manner Ideal candidates will possess:
The ability to write HTML and CSS by hand without the use of a web editor Experience with Elementor A background in print design and preparing files for print Knowledge of and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced design environment.
You will work on a high-volume of projects and act as a direct contact with our clients.
Efficiency, clear communication, and organization abilities are essential.
Excellent customer service and a dedication to deliver quality while ensuring you meet deadlines will be your primary focus.
You will report directly to the creative director but must be capable of working independently and being decisive in order to meet all project objectives.
Job responsibilities will include:
Maintenance of existing WordPress websites Design and deployment of new web projects in WordPress or other platforms as required (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.
) On-page search engine optimization Design and deployment of landing pages for conversion optimization Design and development of social media copy and associated graphics Additional design tasks including ad design and designing for print if required Other tasks as deemed necessary Just as important is someone who is a good fit for our small, family-owned company.
Our design studio is manned by a handful of creative and skilled artists working in a close, friendly environment.
