We are a fast growing printer company specializing in label printers and white toner transfer printers looking for an Help Desk Tech to join our team.
Candidates should have a strong work ethic, pay strong attention to detail and enjoy multitasking.
Work will primarily consist of phone and email support.
Help Desk Tech responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by responding to Service Desk calls, support site tickets and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
Following the issue to its conclusion, making sure the support tickets have all pertinent notes and info.
For more complex, unusual issues escalate/consult with senior help desk personnel to resolve the customer's issue.
Phone and email support will involve answering user's questions on our new division of DTF/DTG printer setup/onboarding, printer use, our custom software setup and use.
(Will train).
This will also involve troubleshooting software and printer issues quickly and efficiently with the goal of getting the users back up and running as fast as possible when issues arise and also the process of transferring images to garments using a heat press (Will train).
Wage is based upon experience.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise Strong communication/customer service skills and the ability to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently Good working knowledge of MS Windows Help Desk experience a plus Work Shift Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, this is a full time, permanent position Salary/Wage based upon experience Fortune 500 Benefits PTO/401k/Dental/Vision/Health/Life Job Type:
